The itinerary.
- Day 01
Sirimon Gate to Old Moses
Transfer from Nanyuki and a gentle acclimatisation walk to camp at 3,300 m.
- Day 02
Shipton's Camp
Up the Mackinder Valley through moorland to 4,200 m.
- Day 03
Point Lenana
Pre-dawn summit push for sunrise on the glaciers, descend to Mintos.
- Day 04
Gorges Valley
Down the Chogoria route past Lake Michaelson and the Gorges Valley rim.
- Day 05
Chogoria Gate
Final descent through bamboo forest and transfer back to Nairobi.
